ABOUT SUSANN
Susann's foray into film composition is characterized by a unique style combining and transcending Hollywood film music with a deep European cultural heritage and a post-modern avantgarde sound. Her ability to translate emotions and narratives into melodies is the cornerstone of her cinematic work. Her compositions have the remarkable capacity to enhance the visual storytelling of a film, adding depth, emotion, and resonance to every scene. Her versatility knows no bounds.
Susann has worked on numerous film projects that are released in 2024/25. Her debut film Everything That Will Happen Has Already Happened, directed by Vladan Nikolic, has premiered at Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival in November 2024.
She has studied composition for film and media as well as composing and producing electronic music at Berklee College of Music, Boston, US, as best in class.
Susann also works as conductor and producer, songwriter and singer under the stage name su.ann.
